The Ingredients are thoroughly checked for damage such as Infestation, grittiness, insects, fungus, dirt, plant debris and other impurities. Impurities in the ingredients are cleaned intensively with high- efficiency modern machines.

Food Safety is one of prime objective and we continuously strive to keep ahead of the ever increasing food safety standards. Our Manufacturing process is free of human touch & foreign contamination as we use state of the art technology in our whole process and fully automated production line and bagging system.

Flour, although the mainstay of most pantry, is not a ready-to-eat ingredient. Consumption of raw flour can endanger an individual’s health. Flour must be cooked well before being eaten, including raw dough or batter. The good news is that bacteria in raw flour are eliminated by normal cooking, baking, frying or boiling food made with flour

Proper cleaning of all food, utensil and hand preparation surfaces before and after working with flour, or dough is an essential part of food safety. These same precautions should be taken when handling other raw food ingredients.
